It also has an annual Emergency room coverage of up to Php 20,000 in more than 1000 Maxicare-affiliated hospitals nationwide.

 Availment Procedure

• Purchase
• Register your Maxicare PRIMA membership online or though SMS 
• Once successfully registered, you will receive your Maxicare PRIMA electronic health card (eCard) via email and SMS 
• You may avail of your unlimited consultations and laboratory as soon as you receive your Maxicare PRIMA electronic  health card via email and SMS 
• Your Emergency Care benefit will be activated 15 days  after successful registration 
• The PRIMA membership card will be delivered to your nominated address 15 working days after your registration.

Important Reminders

• The PRIMA Gold card or eCard must be presented at all times, alongside one (1) valid with photo (e.g. Driver’s License/Passport/Senior Citizen Card), upon availing the services offered in this healthcare plan.
• No card/eCard, no availment policy applies.
• Membership is valid up to one (1) year from the date of registration
• These cards are non-transferable once registered
• Subject to the 15 day free-look period
